The Waste Management NZ Limited Giveaway commences at 1:00 pm on 26 August 2024 and closes at 12:00 pm on 30 August 2024 (“Giveaway Period”)
Waste Management NZ Limited is giving customers to the chance to win 1 $100 Bunnings voucher.
To enter, entrants must comment “Dad’s green efforts at home” in the Comments section of the original Facebook post before 12:00 pm on 30 August 2024.
Employees of Waste Management NZ Limited and Living Earth Limited are not entitled to enter the giveaway.
Entry is not limited. If a Facebook user posts more than one comment on, they will be entitled to one entry for each valid comment.
Waste Management NZ Limited reserves the right to verify the validity of any entry and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who Waste Management NZ Limited believes has tampered with the entry process, acted in a fraudulent or otherwise dishonest or inappropriate manner or breaches these terms and conditions of entry.
The winners will be determined by a draw from all valid entries. Waste Management NZ Limited decision is final.
The prize draw will be completed by on and around 12:00 pm on 30 August 2024. 3 valid entries randomly drawn from the pool of entries will win 1 $100 Bunnings voucher.
The prize is not transferable, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.
The winners will be notified via Facebook Messenger where we will ask for their postal address for the prize to be sent through. If a winner is not able to be contacted (that is, does not respond to the Facebook message) within two working days of the draw, that winner will automatically lose his or her winning entry, and another winner will be randomly redrawn from the pool of entries on the same terms as the original draw. This will happen until all winners are confirmed and notified.
Waste Management NZ Limited will not be responsible for any late, lost, or misdirected entries, including but not limited to entries not received due to technical problems.
