The Wellington Skip Bin Promotion (Promotion) commences at 00 am on 27 March 2024 and closes at 11.59 pm on 12 May 2024 (Promotion Period).
WMNZ is giving eligible customers in the Wellington region (Participants) 20% off our standard price of a 3.5M Skip Bin Garden or General service booked and paid for during the Promotion Period via our website (EligibleSkip). (Not all sizes and services are available in all areas.) Eligible customers will have the discount automatically applied at the time of booking.
The Promotion discount is not transferable or redeemable for cash or credit, and cannot be combined with other offers. If your Eligible Skip is cancelled, we will refund your payment, not the value of the Promotion.
By accepting this Promotion, you agree to be bound by all these terms and conditions (Terms). WMGO Terms & Conditions will apply to the Eligible Skip, as modified only by the Promotion discount applicable under these Terms.
WMNZ’s decision in respect of any dispute or interpretation of these Terms is final and no correspondence will be entered into with any Participant or third party. WMNZ reserves the right to change any aspect of this Promotion at any time without notice, prior to a Participant ordering an Eligible Skip.
All personal information collected will be held by WMNZ in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020 and WMNZ’s privacy policy. Under the Privacy Act 2020, Participants have the right to access and correct any such personal information. Participants may correct any of their details by sending an email to orders@wm.nz.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
