WM New Zealand is no longer able to service general waste wheelie bin customers in Taupaki, Muriwai, Helensville Parakai, and some parts of Waitakere Ranges and Waimauku.
Final collections for these locations will take place the week of 18 April 2022.

Why are you stopping my service?

We will continue to collect your garden waste wheelie bin as per normal.
What if I am owed money?
We will ensure any remaining balance is credited to your account. If you experience any issues with regards your account credit, please complete this form.
