Commercial Orders

  • How can I place an order?

    Call our automated booking system anytime to book your collection. Call 0800 826 545 and enter the pin number for the bin that needs collecting. If you do not have the pin codes for your bins, click here to request them.

    Email orders@wm.nz or fill in the Contact Us form. Make sure to include a PO number, contact phone number, address and the bin that needs servicing. 

    If you are a Building or Construction customer our GOBuild app is for you. With GOBuild you can order bin delivery, removal, and exchange across our range of bin sizes. Click here and we’ll get you set up.

    If you have an urgent order, call our contact centre on 0800 10 10 10 and we will do our best to arrange a service.

  • When do I need to place my order?

    Please give us at least one working days’ notice. If you need your order urgently, call us on 0800 10 10 10 and we’ll do our best to help.

  • How do I provide a purchaser order for my order?

    If you need to provide a purchase order, send this to orders@wm.nz In your email make sure you include WM number, business name, address, contact name and phone number, bin, and waste type.

    However, we can set up purchase order numbers to cover all collections in a month or year if you would like to use the automated bin booking service. Please contact us to arrange.

  • Do I need to make contact every time my bin needs collecting?

    Yes, if you have an on-call bin you need to book a collection. If you would like to move to a rostered service, please fill in this form.

  • We’re closing for a week; how do I suspend my services?

    If you need to cancel a collection or suspend your services for longer, fill in this form. The earlier we know the better, but we need at least one working days’ notice to process the cancellation.

  • I tried calling your call centre but was just kept on hold. Why?

    At times our call centre is busy. While you are on hold you can reserve your place in the queue by requesting a callback.

    You can also book a collection through WM New Zealand’s automated self-service. Call 0800 826 646 and enter your service pin number. This will automatically book a collection for your waste service.

  • Why can’t you do next day delivery on skips?

    Generally, if you order a skip before 4pm, it can be delivered the next day. However, during periods of high demand there can be small delays. We’ll do our best to complete your service when you need it.
