  • What is GOBiz and how does it work?

    GOBiz lets small to medium-sized businesses manage all of their waste and recycling needs online. Through GOBiz you can purchase a recurring waste service, extra collections, and one-off skip bins. If you’re a new customer then click here to sign up. If you’re an existing customer please contact your account manager to arrange for a GOBiz login to be setup for you.

  • How do I sign up?

    New WM New Zealand customers can sign up on the GOBiz website or in the app by clicking on the Sign Up button on the login page. Alternatively you can click here to sign up.

    Type in your address and select a bin to purchase and choose whether you want it collected weekly or fortnightly. Following that you’ll need to add any delivery notes and agree to the conditions of a 12-month GOBiz contract. Then, depending on the product you’ve selected, you may have to answer some quick health and safety questions.

    Finally, you’ll need to provide a work email, mobile phone number, registered company name, company trading name, and business address. You will also need to provide a password that you would like to use to login. Then you can confirm your order and a representative from WM New Zealand will be in touch to confirm your customer number, bin delivery date, and first service state.

    Please be aware this sign up form is only for new WM New Zealand customers. If you are an existing customer wanting to utilise GOBiz please contact your account manager and they will arrange a login for you.

  • How do I order a bin?

    Using the menu, navigate to Order a Bin and then type your address in the search bar.

    Then select a bin to purchase and choose whether you want it collected weekly or fortnightly.   • How do I order an additional collection?

    Using the menu navigate to My Collections. Select a future date for your additional collection and then select the bin you would like collected. Click on Place Order followed by Confirm Extra Collection to complete your booking. We will do our best to complete your additional service on the date you selected.

  • How do I order a one-off service/How do I order a skip?

    Using the menu navigate to Order a Bin Service. Select one of your existing service addresses and then click on Buy a One-Off Bin. Choose the skip size you want, the date you’d like it delivered, and the date you want it removed. Add the bin to your cart, add any delivery notes you need, read and agree to the terms and conditions and click Place Order and then Confirm on the following page.

  • How do I add a site?

    If your business has multiple locations and you’d like to order a recurring service to another one of your sites, simply use the menu to navigate to Order a Bin Service and click Add New Address.

  • How do I remove a site from GOBiz?

    If you’d like a site removed on GOBiz please contact our call centre immediately on 0800 10 10 10 or call your account manager if you have one.

  • Order changes and cancellations.

    If your order changes, please contact our call centre immediately on 0800 10 10 10.

  • When do I pay for my services?

    You will be invoiced monthly for services completed on your account. Please pay your invoice by the 20th of the month.

  • What products are available on GOBiz?

    GOBiz has a range of wheelie bins and front-load bins for different general waste needs. Recycling services are offered for paper and cardboard and are serviced with wheelie or cage bins. For one-off waste services we offer skip bins ranging from 3m³ to 9m³.

  • How do I reset my GOBiz password?

    Click here to reset your password.

    You can also reset your password from the Login page. There is a Forgot Password button beneath the Log in button. Click on this, enter the email you use to login and click Reset Password. You will receive an email with a link that will allow you to reset your email.

    If you do not receive a reset password email then please check your junk/spam inbox for the email before contacting us.

  • What’s my GOBiz username?

    Your GOBiz username is the email you signed up with.

  • I want to change my notification settings.

    Use the menu to navigate to the My Account section. Click on notifications and then use the dropdown to find your name. Tick the corresponding boxes for what notifications you want to receive and then click Save to confirm your notification settings.

  • How can I see my upcoming collections?

    Use the menu to navigate to My Collections. There you’ll see a calendar with all of your upcoming collections. There is a key to help you differentiate between the different bin types on the calendar. If you need more details about the collections on a particular date you can click on the date to see which bin is being collected that day.

    If you have just ordered it may take some processing time before we can show you a calendar. We will send you an email once it’s ready.

    You won’t be able to see the calendar until you’ve ordered a bin.

  • It won’t let me book an extra collection on the day I want

    You are not able to book an extra collection for a bin that is scheduled to be emptied that day. You also cannot book extra collections for the following day any later than 4pm. We also don’t allow extra collections on weekends.

  • I can’t book a bin for my area?

    Unfortunately, GOBiz may not be available in your area. Please call our call centre on 0800 10 10 10 and we will try to find a waste solution that works for you.

    Also, GOBiz does not accept addresses without street numbers so please make sure you are including your street number when you enter your address.

  • GOBiz doesn’t have the bins or waste type I’m looking for?

    GOBiz is just a subset of our offerings. We have a much wider variety of products available to suit all your waste needs. Please fill out a commercial sales enquiry and a member of our sales team will get in contact with you.

  • What happens if my site doesn’t meet your health and safety criteria?

    If your site doesn’t meet our health and safety criteria we’ll send a sales representative out to do an assessment. If your site isn’t well suited to our front-load services, we’ll look at alternative solutions for you.
