Collection Dates

  • Where can I find my collection dates on your site?

    You can view your collection dates by logging into WMGO or PayAsUGO online or via your App, depending on your service. If you have a wheelie bin service with WM New Zealand but do not have a login then please call us on 0800 10 10 10 and we’ll set you up with a login. 

  • What happens if my collection falls on a public holiday?

    Check the My Region section of our website to find out what is happening for collections in your region on a public day.
