  • How can I cancel my service?

    To cancel your service please send us a message or contact our Customer Services team on 0800 10 10 10 to arrange for a collection.

  • Will I get a refund for the remaining period on my contract?

    No, we cannot provide refunds for any early cancellations as stipulated in your terms and conditions.

  • Is there a notice period for cancellation?

    No, there is no notice period for any cancellations.

  • Is there a cancellation fee for early terminations?

    An early cancellation fee of $50 may apply. No cancellation fee applies for PayAsUGO customers.
