Ready to help build a positively resourceful Aotearoa for future generations?

Our Graduate Training Programme at WM New Zealand provides recent graduates with the skills to kickstart their careers. Over two years, graduates gain hands-on experience, learn about the waste industry, and are paired with a mentor for additional support.

Upon completion, graduates may be offered further employment based on interest, performance, and business needs. Recently ranked as one of the Top 100 Graduate Employers in Aotearoa by Prosple, we're proud to be recognised ahead of major companies like Air New Zealand, BP New Zealand, and PwC.
