What sets our Graduate Programme apart? Graduates join WM New Zealand in a permanent role from day one – meaning there’s no need to reapply when the programme ends. From the outset, our grads are immersed in meaningful mahi, developing both technical and professional skills while being supported by experienced leaders and a strong network of past graduates.
